At Hauten, we’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t quite work out, no worries! We’ve made the return and refund process as easy as pie. Here’s the scoop on our returns & refunds policy:
Eligibility for Returns
You’re good to go for a return if:
- The item’s unused, still in its original condition, and rocking all its tags.
- You let us know within 30 days of the purchase date.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Contact Us
Shoot us an email at support@hauten.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive Return Instructions
We’ll send you the return address and all the nitty-gritty details.
- Heads-up: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item’s defective or we messed up.
3. Ship the Item
Pack it up nice and snug, then ship it to the address we gave you.
4. Return Confirmation & Refund
Once we get your item, we’ll give it the once-over within 24 hours.
- If everything checks out, your refund will be on its way within 7 business days!
- Keep in mind your bank or payment provider might take another 3–5 days to get that money back in your hands.
Refund Scenarios and Resolutions
Change of Mind
- Refund: You’ll get back the cost of the item, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Snap some clear pics of the defect or damage and send them our way at support@hauten.store
- We’ll set up free return shipping and either send a replacement or refund you in full after verifying the issue.
Damaged Packages
- If your package shows up looking worse for wear, take a few photos and hit us up ASAP.
- We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and make things right with a refund or replacement.
Wrong Product or Size
- Got the wrong thing or size? Let us know at support@hauten.store, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we get the incorrect item back, we’ll ship the right one or issue a full refund.
Non-Delivery
- If your order hasn’t arrived when it should’ve, holler at us right away.
- We’ll investigate and either resend the item or refund you in full.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind before your order’s shipped? No problem!
- Email us at support@hauten.store, and we’ll cancel your order for free.
Important Notes
- Return Processing Time: Refunds kick off within 7 business days after we verify the return. Your bank might take a bit longer, so hang tight!
- Packaging Requirements: Please return items in secure packaging to avoid damage on the way back.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or final sale items can’t be returned or refunded unless they’re defective.
